Our AI program starts with a workshop where we train your team on the most relevant AI tools for your business. To set your team up for success, the day ends with an ideation workshop where you team identify and prioritize the most impactful implementations.
Welcome participants and presentation of the day.
Our instructor runs the workshop you picked. The first 30 minutes are about the presentation of the main concepts. The other 30 minutes is a hands-on exercise. Participants have to build a sample project using the skills they just learned.

Your team spends a day working on the most relevant project they identified during the ideation workshop. Our AI expert supports them with hands-on guidance.

All teams should submit their project on our platform for review. You'll be able to give feedback before they go deep into prototyping.
Each project is reviewed by you, your subject matter experts and us. We'll check they comply with your expectations and prepare feedback for the teams.
We'll offer each team the ability to join a Lobby where an AI expert will be available for questions and support. Each team will be asked to join at least once.
Each team has 5-10 minutes to demo what they worked on.

Participants can join a day of mentorship sessions with our AI expert within the week following the prototyping day to ensure they implement the solution in their day to day.
8 hours of coaching split between teams. Each team is assigned a slot to come and discuss their solution. The coaching is made public and all teams can join and learn from the implementation of other teams.

This workshop will introduce two tools designed to boost developer productivity. The first tool to be explored is "Cody," an AI coding assistant powered by SourceGraph, capable of understanding an entire codebase. This workshop will focus on scaling applications with Pinecone and Canopy. Canopy is a framework that simplifies and enhances the use of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) in GenAI applications. Participants will gain practical experience through live demos and hands-on exercises, learning how to utilize RAG and Canopy to build scalable solutions efficiently. This is a valuable opportunity to learn from an expert in the field.
